The popularity of visiting the South Bank of the river for locals and tourists has grown massively in recent years meaning it was extremely difficult to secure premises for new restaurants almost anywhere along the South Bank.
Acting for Five Guys, we secured a deal for them to take an assignment of the Dim T unit at More London and working with the landlord to agree a mutually acceptable restaurant design. As expected the unit has proved to be a massive success.
