A settlement has just been reached acting for Nandos on an outstanding rent review in North London which dated back to just before the UK went into lockdown with the corona virus. The rent agreed was to open market with a deal being structured having regards to the back rent liability which had accrued as well as incorporating a period of rent free to assist them through the current period.
